POKEMON BATTLE RULES ( Read before Battling)______

'Tournament' Style Rule Set:
Lv 50 all/ Lv 100 all (Your levels don't matter, this rule means they'll all be bumped up to or reduced to the same level, either level 50 or level 100.)

My Specialty is DOUBLE BATTLES, but if you insist, we can go Single as well.

(OPTIONAL)I'd prefer the use of different items on all pokemon (e.g. no two of the same item per pack) as well as no multiple pokemon of the same species (e.g. no two of the same pokemon per pack), but all of that is kinda hard to ban.

Please don't battle me if you've raised pokemon purely on rare candies--I'll know, because they suck with flying colors, and you'll lose so badly that it won't be funny. As well, this is most likely the cause of HACKING your game, which in such case I will refuse any further battling with breakers of this rule, and that's final.

NO LEGENDARIES/UBERS (this is for your own good, you limit yourself with legendaries!)
COMPLETELY BANNED Legendaries include:
- Arceus
- Darkrai
- Deoxys (all forms)
- Dialga
- Giratina
- Groudon
- Kyogre
- Lugia
- Mewtwo
- Palkia
- Rayquaza
- Zapdos
- Articuno
- Moltres
- Raikou
- Suicune
- Entei
- Latios (with or without SOULDEW)
- Latias (WITH SOULDEW)
- Mew (only because most people cheat the pokemon and so those who got them fairly number very few.)
SOFT BANNED (Means you CAN have them, but its looked upon with frowns )
- Manaphy
- Ho-oh
- Uxie
- Mesprit
- Azelf
- Lugia
- Cresselia
- Shaymin
- Wobbuffet
(Rotom is allowed, not considered legendary in my views)
I've excluded Latias (WITHOUT SOULDEW) from this list since certain in game rules (battle tower) allow these pokemon.

All rules are subject to change and are not completely mandatory. If you wanna do something else, just ask. Although I may not perform as well with altered rules (even tho I've proven my main pack to hold up against legendaries quite well from PBR)if you get me into a match, I promise I will not quit out unless conditions are crudely unfit or harmful to my DS or Pokemon Platinum Game. (This also means that if the connection is terminated, it is most likely the result of wifi difficulties on either my side or your side of the connection.)

My policy is that I have my own opinion that I'm a fairly respectable battler- I give out little info as to my packs' specs for strategic advantage- and I cannot guarantee that I'll win every match. I've battled people here on DA before Who've roasted me!

___HACKING___
Also, I'm making a pledge to you here that I never have and never will hack, generate, reverse engineer, cheat or otherwise illegally obtain ANY pokemon, period. The only exception to that pledge would be one time that I hacked 99 master balls on My sapphire game, which have NEVER been used accept to capture legendaries to save time. ALSO, I never EVER fight with any of these pokemon that I have captured with these master balls, since legendary battling is not my policy--and there will be no exceptions to that policy as of this current time. As well, I believe that these new programs designed to make it very hard to find a cheated pokemon are completely wrong and I want to say that they almost want to make me quit playing the game altogether--these programs, which I will NOT name, completely slander every hour any respectable pokemon battler has spent to perfect his own pokemon legally. I think that nintendo should be pressured to do something about this as well.

This has the same rules as my DS battling policy, and I wanna say that my wifi for wii is probably better than my reception over DS, but I've completely finished many battles over both consoles.

BRAWL RULES/ ETC.

I cannot tell you which Character is my best, since I think I'm pretty good with more than one: Toon Link, Link, Marth, Ike and Pit etc. (I guess lots of swordsmen.. xD)
Preferably 3 stock match (three lives)
Time limit optional--I don't really care
NO ITEMS unless requested--Playing with items makes it a whole other game since it adds a luck factor into the gameplay.
Preferably flat stages and not scrolling ones.
Meta Knight Invisible Cape Maneuver ALLOWED (cuz its so fun)
NO STALLING the battle--Stalling includes waiting more than five seconds while performing no actions relevant to winning the match. (this rule has some lee-way but I cannot prevent you from doing it other than tellin you that you did do it after the match has completed.
Camping is ALLOWED
